How to open the app on a computer

Open app.apisense.ai in a web browser and sign in with the same account as on your phone. The web version is the same app and shows the same apiaries and data.

How to start

  1. Open a web browser on a computer or a tablet.
  2. Go to app.apisense.ai.
  3. Sign in with your e-mail or user name and your password. You can also sign in with Google or Apple.

You can get the phone app from the App Store and Google Play.

How the web version is different from the phone

  • There are no push notifications. You see alerts in the Alerts tab. An open browser tab refreshes the counters automatically.
  • The QR code scanner uses the browser camera. Without camera access, you cannot add a device. You cannot type the device number manually.
  • Video recording for a note works only when the browser supports it. If not, add a video from the gallery.
  • The microphone works. The browser gives the permission for the microphone and the camera.
  • A chart in full screen does not rotate.
  • The What's new window does not show after an update.
  • Inspection drafts are saved in this browser.

The scanner in the browser also works with the computer camera. But it is easiest to add devices with a phone. If you do not want to install the app, open app.apisense.ai in the phone browser.

When something does not work

  • Cannot start camera. Please check app permissions.: allow the site to use the camera in the browser settings.
  • You forgot your password: on the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?.
  • A different problem: write to bee@apisense.ai.
