How to create an account and sign in

You can create an account in the phone app or in a web browser at app.apisense.ai. It is one account. You sign in with it in both places.

How to create an account

  1. Open the app. On the sign-in screen, tap Create account.
  2. Fill in the Sign up form:
    • Username: 3 to 50 characters, no spaces or special characters.
    • Email.
    • Phone number: this field is not required.
    • Password and Confirm password. The password must have at least 8 characters, an uppercase letter, a digit and a special character.
  3. Scroll down the form. Tick both consents: I accept the Terms of service and I confirm I have read the Privacy policy.
  4. Tap Next.
  5. The app opens the Confirm your e-mail screen. Confirm your address. See below.

Without both consents, the app shows Accept the terms and confirm you have read the privacy policy to continue.

How to create an account with Google or Apple

Below the Next button there are the buttons Sign up with Google and Sign up with Apple. The account is made from the data of your Google or Apple account. You do not set a password.

With Google and Apple you do not tick the consents. When you tap the button, you accept the terms and confirm you have read the privacy policy. A note below the buttons says this.

On an Android phone there is no Apple button. In a web browser and on an iPhone there is.

How to confirm your e-mail address

After you create the account, you get an e-mail with a link. The account works only after you confirm the address.

  1. Open the e-mail from Apisense and open the link.
  2. Go back to the app. On the Confirm your e-mail screen, tap I already confirmed.
  3. The app signs you in.

If you tap I already confirmed before you open the link, the app shows The e-mail address is not confirmed yet. Open the link from the e-mail, then try again.

The link is valid for a limited time. The screen and the e-mail tell you how long.

  • Look in your spam folder.
  • On the Confirm your e-mail screen, tap Resend link. The app shows We sent the verification e-mail again.
  • After a send, the button locks for a short time and shows Resend in Ns. After the countdown, you can send the link again.
  • The link expired: send a new one with Resend link.

How to sign in

  1. On the Sign in screen, enter Email or username and Password.
  2. Tap Sign In.

You can also tap Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple.

If the e-mail address of the account is not confirmed yet, the app does not sign you in. It opens the Confirm your e-mail screen. If you sign in with your username, this screen has no Resend link button. Sign in with your e-mail address to send the link again.

How to reset your password

  1. On the Sign in screen, tap Forgot password?.
  2. Enter the Email of your account.
  3. Tap Reset password.
  4. The app shows Check your mailbox now. You will find a link to set a new password.
  5. Open the link from the e-mail and set a new password. Then sign in with the new password.

The e-mail comes only to an address that is in our database. If the e-mail does not come, look in spam and check the address.

When something does not work

  • This username is already taken, This email address is already taken or This phone number is already taken: enter different data. If it is your address, sign in or reset your password.
  • Invalid username or password: check your data. You can reset your password.
  • Too many attempts. Please try again later.: wait a short time and try again.
  • Another problem: write to bee@apisense.ai.
